I move through life with an open heart. For I am broken open by the death of my father in 2022. He will always be my true north. It is a pure love. And nothing prepared me for the pre grief and grief that I have moved through and continue to move through.

At the bottom of my soul’s wounding, I formed a grief group and helped myself and the others in my group journey into the shadow of the loss of a loved one.

Through facilitating sacred spaces for sharing and moving through the dark waters of grief, I developed a desire to go further.

I absorbed a ton of books from leaders in the grief space and that path led me to work with my mentor, David Kessler. He is the world leading expert on loss and I am now a Certified Grief Educator through his work.

I have been guided by peers and elders to share the gift of my vulnerable heart and to hold space for healing in the hearts of others. Come sit with me and I promise to hold your grief sacred.
